Basic Qualifications - Admitted to the relevant bar (or equivalent in-house license) - 5-7 years of relevant legal experience with a preference in transactional technology and data law
Preferred Qualifications - Transactional and intellectual property experience - Data licensing experience - In-house legal experience - Ability to show sound judgement even in ambiguous situations - Ability to work independently while being able to contribute to cross-functional teams - Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, consistent follow-through - Strong written and oral communication skills - Robust analytical and computer skills - Collaborative, pragmatic and commercial-minded - Proven track record of meeting deadlines, learning quickly, taking the initiative, working proactively, being resourceful and shouldering additional responsibility - A good sense of humor
