Immigration Paralegal
Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP seeks an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team in our New Haven office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petition preparation.  Responsible for preparing H, L and O visa petitions, as well as J-1 waiver applications. PERM expertise required, along with preparation of employer-sponsored and self-petitioned immigrant visa petitions.   Candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, excellent client-facing service, independent thinking, issue-spotting capabilities, and ability to work both independently and part of a close team.
