Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. This position will require the successful candidate to provide legal support to our immigration attorneys in preparing and filing immigration documents for our clients. The ideal candidate will have the skills necessary to handle a high-volume workload, be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

•Draft and prepare immigration documents, such as petitions, applications, and appeals • Identify and resolve discrepancies in documents • Assist in preparing legal documents, including affidavits, briefs, and appeals • Assisting attorney in preparing and filing immigration applications and petitions with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) • Prepare and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) • Monitor changes in immigration law • Prepare and organize immigration cases for court hearings • Communicate with clients regarding their cases • Maintain updated records of case progress • Other duties as assigned
