Taylor English Duma is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator. The position will reside in Atlanta, GA but assist with recruiting efforts nationwide. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience, preferably experience with lateral partner recruiting. This position will report directly to the Director of Recruiting and the Chief Operations Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of the Firm's lateral recruiting efforts
• Coordinate lateral partner recruiting and hiring 
• Coordinate informational packets for interviews
• Responsible for maintaining the talent acquisition database
• Produce reports from talent acquisition database
• Assist with lateral associate recruiting including posting positions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with the implementation of non-partner lateral recruiting and hiring efforts, including posting advertisements, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes from candidates, placement firms, and referrals
• Coordinate candidate interview schedules, travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and expense reimbursements
• Track fee agreements with external legal recruiters
• Recruiting and retention projects as assigned by the Director of Legal Recruiting and Chief Operations Officer
• Assist with other projects as requested

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of strategic recruiting and professional development experience in a large law firm or professional service industry
• Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills and maintain all information in the strictest of confidence.
• Must possess attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects, and have strong time management skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required
