This case, going before the SC Supreme Court on a federal question of law involved a California drug-testing company which does drug testing for a major South Carolina automotive company. The federal question of law involves whether a third-party dr...ug testing company owes a duty to the employees of the employer when it comes to the accuracy of drug testing. The South Carolina Supreme Court ruled that such a duty does exist after a successful argument by Gist Law Firm attorneys.
