Mondelez International, Inc. (“Mondelez”) has engaged Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Senior Counsel – Commercial (United States) (“Senior Counsel”).

Position: The Senior Counsel will report to the Chief Counsel – Commercial. The Senior Counsel will provide solution oriented legal advice to the Mondel?z’s commercial marketing and sales teams in the United States with a focus on the following areas of law: antitrust and competition law; advertising, media, and marketing law; intellectual property law; food and regulatory law; corporate and commercial law; contracts, transactions, and licensing; and crisis prevention and management.

Experience: The successful candidate will have at least six (6) years of experience practicing law at a major law firm, in-house and/or agency. The successful candidate will also have significant anti-trust experience and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience.

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid – at least 50% of time spent in person onsite).

Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible to become licensed as in-house counsel in New Jersey.
