The New York office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate for the Real Estate & Land Use Department.
Our real estate and land use lawyers represent clients on nearly every facet of commercial real property development and finance, from formation of ownership entities through project planning, land acquisition, loan negotiation, leasing, management, sale, workout and foreclosure. We advise on the acquisition, financing, land use planning, zoning, construction, leasing and sale of real property.

Salary: $340,000 - $375,000+
Qualified candidates will have 6-8 years of commercial real estate finance experience.
The ideal candidate will have large firm commercial real estate experience representing lending institutions in one or more of bridge, mezzanine or CMBS lending.
A strong academic record, excellent drafting skills and communication skills are required.
New York bar is required.
