?? What will your day look like? Provide support with respect to DCM transactions originated out of London, including MTN updates, EMTN drawdowns and standalone deals. Provide support with respect to transactions including drafting and negotiating OTC markets documentation across a range of products including secured lending linked derivative transactions. Generally, deal with day-to-day legal matters arising in the UK including confidentiality agreements and powers of attorney and provide advice on English law to overseas offices, in particular regarding parent guarantees. Assist in formulating and implementing approaches to reduce the Bank???s exposure to legal and regulatory risk and to develop new Products, processes, and policies.
