Join T-Mobile’s All-Star Legal Team! We are looking for a Corporate Counsel – Land Use, Siting and Network Transactions to support delivering the best 5G network across America.
What you’ll do in your role.
This position is responsible for negotiating complex agreements, including master lease agreements, site leases, ACS/DAS, venue, and teaming agreements; and provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on land use, zoning and permitting issues related to siting wireless facilities.
Support business leaders interpret and effectively resolve local permitting and ordinance issues.
Review, analyze and work to change existing and proposed local ordinances and codes to better facilitate wireless infrastructure deployment, while additionally supporting and acting as one of the subject matter experts to support state and federal existing and proposed laws and regulations.
Co-create and present training materials and conduct training sessions for T-Mobile attorneys, development teams and vendors to establish best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across functions and regions.
Provide strategic guidance and support to T-Mobile’s Government Affairs and external affairs experts to generate support for T-Mobile’s network development in communities within mutually agreed time frames.
The experience you’ll bring.
Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to a state bar, with the ability to become a licensed attorney or practice in-house counsel in the State of Washington.
Minimum 7-10 years of on point in-house or law firm experience.
Results oriented team member with executive maturity to render legal advice and support.
Ability to effectively manage a high transaction volume within target timeframes.
Collaborator with a positive “can do” attitude, excellent written, verbal communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively manage complex projects.
