The annual compensation range for this position is $52-57k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.

Based in New York, the Recruiting Assistant will provide administrative support to the NY Recruiting Department
The role reports to the New York Recruiting Associate Director and Recruiting Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with on-campus interviews (OCI), virtual or in-person (as applicable), including screener and callback interview scheduling, hospitality suites, creating offer letters and planning/attending offer receptions
Assist with all aspects of the summer program, including event planning, updating budget, maintaining calendar, tracking participation and attending events
Handle lateral, clerk, and graduate-level interview scheduling and interviewer comments, and manage the N.Y. Recruiting Department inbox
Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and firm presentations
Manage interview calendar for on-campus and lateral recruiting
Manage online application portal and applicant tracking
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner and be a resource for recruiting-related inquires
Track and process recruiting expenses, process expense reports and check requests for, and invoice other firms for shared fall candidate expenses, using ChromeRiver accounting software
Assist with planning on-campus logistics and school events
Assist with preparing schedules for summer, new associate and lateral recruits, and greet candidates
Interface and collaborate with key personnel in Human Resources, Accounting, Professional Development, Diversity, and the Firm-wide Legal Recruiting Department

The candidate must have the ability to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work overtime as necessary
Experience:
University degree
