Job Description: Job Description: Teaching the Law of Business Organizations PLS 210-S01 in the fall 2023 semester online live (synchronously) on Monday nights at 6:30 pm to 9:10 pm from 8/21/2023 to 12/15/2023.
Education Requirements: Juris Doctor degree or Bachelor’s degree with three years' experience as a practicing attorney/legal assistant/paralegal in the area of corporate or business law. Attorneys and paralegals who have experience forming business organizations for clients, creating and maintaining corporate record books, etc. (preferably with experience forming public traded corporations) will be preferred.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of one year of college level teaching experience. A preference will be given for those candidates who have experience teaching online and using the LMS Blackboard.
