Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta” or “Company”) has engaged Major Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for an Associate General Counsel—Senior Regulatory to be located in Atlanta, Georgia, or Washington, D.C.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Associate General Counsel - Senior Regulatory will handle complex regulatory aviation and competition matters, including engaging with U.S. and international authorities which regulate the U.S. airline industry (such as the Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Justice) or which preside over types of economic regulatory proceedings that can materially impact the aviation industry (including, for example, the U.S. International Trade Commission).

Experience: The successful candidate will be a highly experienced aviation regulatory attorney with at least twelve – fifteen (12 - 15) years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department or government agency.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, or Washington. D.C.
