Job Description We are seeking an associate attorney with 3-5+ years of experience with business immigration. You will be working with a talented group of immigration attorneys in the San Francisco office of our close-knit, bi-coastal and full-service commercial law firm. Duties initially will be focused a full range of diverse nonimmigrant and immigrant matters with access to a growing and exciting roster of clientele. You are a self-starter with a keen sense of responsibility, and you work effectively in groups, going the extra mile to help your colleagues, while also marketing and developing yourself professionally. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5+ years of business immigration experience including PERM labor certification applications, nonimmigration and immigrant visa petitions. Experience with O-1 and EB-1 Outstanding Researcher petitions is a plus. This position requires a J.D. and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
