Compensation and Benefits:
•Compensation range of $110,000 to $140,000 annual salary. Discretionary annual bonus.

General Summary:
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our network and infrastructure, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, providing technical support and training, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with the firm's strategic goals and objectives.
Develop training resources and manage training programs for end users.
Provide technical support to all staff members, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Oversee and facilitate the installation and maintenance of IT systems, hardware and software.
Manage and maintain the firm's network and infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backups.
Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of the firm's data, including cybersecurity and data privacy compliance.
Develop and manage the IT budget, including hardware and software procurement and licensing.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that will improve the firm's efficiency and productivity.
Oversees daily workflow of IT department staff, providing feedback, training, and team building to ensure collaboration and effective end-user support.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible pricing and service.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements.
Travel, on occasion, to provide support in other locations, generally within the State of Washington.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience managing IT operations in a professional services environment, preferably in the legal industry.
1+ years in a supervisory role preferred.
Broad technical background, including experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, cybersecurity, and networking technologies. Experience with ProLaw or similar case management software preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including skill in explaining technical concepts to non-technical attorneys and staff members.
Project management skills, including successful management of multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
Effective problem-solving skills, with success in identifying and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy compliance regulations, such as GDPR.
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
Effective working independently and working collaboratively in alignment with all departments and teams.
