Overview: The Assistant General Counsel – U.S. Market will assist in managing the legal matters of the organization within the U.S. market. PMI is seeking an experienced attorney with a broad-based background including expertise in negotiating and drafting distribution agreements and substantial leadership experience, who will be effective in exercising seasoned judgment and providing guidance to business and functional leaders across the Company.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience with a demonstrated in-depth understanding of broad based commercial, franchise, and distribution matters. Both in house and major law firm experience preferred.
Location: Stamford, CT. This is a hybrid role that requires time in the office every week.
Compensation: Competitive base, bonus and equity, commensurate with experience.
