Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $75-85k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.

Based in our US offices (DC or NY preferred), the Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the lateral partner recruitment and integration function on a firm-wide basis.
This role reports to the Chief of Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration with additional support to the Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the lateral partner recruitment & integration team on all aspects of lateral partner recruitment and integration
Coordinating the interview process for lateral partner candidates, including preparing interview schedules
Tracking the firm’s pipeline of candidates in various stages of the process and providing regular updates
Serving as a point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
Developing and implementing strategies to source, recruit and hire lateral partner candidates
Managing the applicant tracking process
Preparing meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations
Gathering market intelligence on firms and candidates
Helping to oversee, train and develop the Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant

Experience:
University degree
3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in the use of computer programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Experience with applicant tracking programs (i.e. ViRecruit) is preferred.
