$400,000-$475,000 Annual Base Salary *Year two and beyond, base compensation plus wRVU production for performance above median wRVU expectation for specialty.

Red Oaks Medical Group currently holds Provider Service Agreements for staffing the 2 Dignity Health Saint Elizabeth Lassen Medical Clinics and looks forward to expanding to other Dignity Health Clinics in 2022. We also participate in a Manager Service Agreement for the Lassen Medical Clinics to hire and manage provider support staff, and billing/finance, and operational staff.
Red Oaks Medical Group has the ability to sponsor Physicians with Visa sponsorship requirements who have not been fellowship trained and desire to practice in general Primary Care. Lassen Medical Clinics state of the art medical building in Red Bluff features over 60 comfortable treatment rooms and up to date technology allowing integration with local health care resources creating streamlined continuity of care of the 70,000 active patients. Although the clinic has a heavy focus on primary care, the specialties that are represented are: Osteopathic Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Otolaryngology, Occupational Health, and Acute Care. Offering on-site; Laboratory (chemistry and hematology and point of care), Digital X-Ray, 3D Mammography, and Audiograms. All services are fully integrated with our electronic medical records system, including local Dignity Health Hospital systems. Our clinicians are supported by staff committed to Quality Incentive Preventative Health programs, Referral and Authorization Coordinators, and the Billing and Coding specialists located in the Red Bluff Office. Support Staff for this clinic are hired through Dignity Health Saint Elizabeth Community Hospital as required by the clinic license.
Our providers at Lassen Medical benefit from the use of the Athena Electronic Health Record which is streamlined for efficient practice and effective population health management as our focus is Primary Care. Athena has built in Up-to-Date and Epocrates to help direct patient evaluations and treatment. Providers are given a laptop for portable access to records and Athena has an application for smart phones as well.

Lassen Medical Clinics satellite clinic in Cottonwood features state of the art technology and ties into all the resources that the Red Bluff Clinic has to offer.
