Young Moore and Henderson, P.A. is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to support the ongoing technology commitment of our firm. The focus of this job is to utilize your outstanding talent and technical skills to provide an excellent level of service to our attorneys and staff.
This role will report directly to, and work closely with, our IT Manager . Your mission will be enabling technology for our attorneys and staff so they can take care of our clients. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated IT skills and a desire to be part of a successful team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to requests for technical assistance from attorneys and staff.
Diagnose and resolve end-user issues on computer hardware, software applications, e-mail, internet, and remote access.
Track, document, and resolve incidents in the IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
Provide A/V support for meetings and conference room equipment.
Train new and existing users on hardware, phones, and software.
Develop and maintain documentation for end user training.
Maintain and track IT assets.
Develop and maintain an advanced level of proficiency with software and hardware products in use.
Maintain intranet site using Sharepoint.
Set up and maintain computer equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers.
Work closely with the IT Manager on technology projects
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ IT Support xperience in a law firm or other professional environment.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint), Teams, Sharepoint.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, network file shares and permissions.
Working knowledge of computer hardware; desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones.
Experience with Document Management System such as iManage a big plus.
Great time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
