Pay Range: $77,000 - $92,500 annually, based on experience Full Range: $77,000 - $108,000 annually, based on experience Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Application Close Date: Open until filled
Job Responsibilities:
Proven track record of excellence in trust administration.
Management of trust relationships, ensuring that all client objectives are met and are consistent with governing documents, fiduciary administration principles and legal standards.
Reviews, approves and directs disbursement of fiduciary funds according to conditions of the trust and needs of beneficiaries as well as providing oversight of fiduciary accounts, cash balances, investment allocations, tax management, and asset holdings.
Meets individual annual sales goal component to be assigned in conjunction with the annual office sales goals.
Meets with beneficiaries and wealth management clients to review relationships, accounts, discuss their needs, analyze problems and provide relationship-based solutions.
Oversees preparations and filing of fiduciary federal and state income tax returns for clients’ trusts.
Maintains current knowledge of and complies with all applicable tax and fiduciary laws, federal and state regulations and First Western policies and procedures.
Monitors and controls risk related to account administration including review and approval of administrative and unique asset reviews in a timely manner.
Serves as resource for support teams and profit centers.
Consults with estate planning attorneys, accountants, wealth advisors and potential and existing clients to promote fiduciary and additional First Western product services.
Provides leadership to trust administration team by providing guidance to team on fiduciary matters and ensuring tasks are being completed, goals are being met and providing coaching and development opportunities
Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Proficiency with one or more trust accounting systems.
Advanced knowledge of trust and tax laws, trust products, services, and operations
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Experience working with high net-worth clients
Excellent leadership and business development skills
