Varnum LLP is seeking an associate to join our Estate Planning practice team in the Kalamazoo office. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the largest estate planning practices in the state, utilizing creative and effective techniques to serve the group's diverse client base. 

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of estate planning practice experience in a law firm setting.  Recent law school graduates with a demonstrated interest in estate planning will be considered as well.  We also will consider candidates with 3-5 years of tax compliance experience in estate planning within a professional services environment. Successful candidates will possess the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; outstanding client service skills; and excellent academic credentials. Admission to the Michigan bar is required.
