The University of Nebraska College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track/tenured clinical faculty position to supervise our Criminal Practice Clinic.

Our Criminal Clinic is a collaborative effort with the Lancaster County Attorney's Office and operates out of that office. The clinical faculty member will supervise senior-certified law students as they conduct every aspect of misdemeanor and low-grade felony cases – from initial charging decision through trial and sentencing. Though the clinical faculty member primarily maintains an office in the Lancaster County Attorney's Office, they also have research and service obligations as a tenured or tenure-track professor. Opportunities exist for teaching other litigation or criminal law-related courses at the College of Law.

This position is open to both entry-level and lateral candidates and will begin at the rank of Assistant Clinical Professor of Law or Associate Clinical Professor of Law, depending on the candidate's experience.
