Overview: The Head of Legal will be responsible for handling all of the day-to-day legal and business affairs of Thrill One across all departments and business units, including media, intellectual property enforcement and protection, risk management and insurance, productions and operations, and general corporate and compliance.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in general corporate and commercial matters with at least five years’ experience representing clients in fast-paced and challenging industries with a well-established law firm. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of general corporate and commercial law experience. Experience in corporate matters, M&A, and general commercial matters required.
Location/Relocation: Costa Mesa, CA with preference for Southern California and Las Vegas candidates.
Compensation: $275k base, 20% bonus, benefits, as well as opportunity for equity.
Bar: Active member in good standing of at least one US State and ability to become a California and/or Nevada Registered In House Counsel.
