By delegation of the Board of Directors, the Chief Regulatory Risk Officer has the authority and responsibility for the day-to-day execution and oversight of the Bank’s Compliance Management System and Enterprise Risk Management Program.   Specific responsibilities include:Thorough understanding of applicable banking and consumer laws and regulations.
