The Un-carrier seeks a highly motivated, hardworking paralegal to join its Data Management team.
The Paralegal, Data Management will support enterprise-wide data management and record retention. A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts across the legal department to assist in designing and implementing creative, simple solutions to address complex challenges.
What you’ll do in your role.
Oversee day-to-day compliance for data management matters, draft basic legal documents.
Partner with other departments to enhance data and retention efficiency and accuracy.
Serve on projects as a record retention subject matter expert.
Help develop and implement enterprise-wide trainings and playbooks on records retention and data management.
Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by manager.

While the quality and accomplishments of a person’s career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting
Associate degree
• At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
