Overview: The Associate Counsel is primarily responsible for providing legal support to the Company and its affiliated facilities (the “Facilities”) with respect to contract review and negotiation, strategic transactions and day-to-day operations. The Associate Counsel reports to the Deputy General Counsel and works directly with Operations, Development and other corporate departments across the Company.

Experience: 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in a position involving the negotiation and drafting of M&A, commercial contracts, or other type of complex transactions. Training at an Am Law 200 firm is considered a clear advantage. Some experience providing counsel to healthcare systems/providers preferred although not required.
Location/Relocation: Franklin, TN (located outside of Nashville).
