Overview: Comerica Bank is seeking a Counsel – Securities position for an experienced and highly motivated securities attorney. The attorney will work at the Company’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The position is responsible for preparing and/or reviewing all public company securities filings, assisting in debt and equity securities offerings, working on corporate governance matters, identifying legal risks and providing potential solutions. The Counsel will be expected to understand legal issues and translate them into easily understood and practical legal advice to applicable client groups. This is an exciting new position in Comerica’s legal department. The Counsel will have the opportunity to interact with leaders across the organization and make a meaningful impact in this critical role.

Experience: At least 4+ years of experience with either a U.S. law firm and/or in-house legal department handling corporate matters with a focus on federal securities laws.
Location/Relocation: The position is intended to be a hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas.
