The Missouri Public Service Commission is seeking an attorney for the position of Regulatory Law Judge in our Jefferson City office. This is a quasi-judicial, administrative law judge position that requires the ability to write orders and to preside over adversarial hearings. The written orders will range from routine procedural orders and noncontested final orders, to more complex orders that must be supported by competent and substantial evidence based on the evidentiary hearing record.
