Goldfarb & Lipman LLP is looking for a transactional attorney with at least four years of experience with federal and state housing programs. The ideal candidate will have worked on transactions that included HUD programs, such as FHA-insured lending, Section 8 assistance, CDBG, and HOME. Experience with other financing sources such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and state and local government sources would be helpful. The attorney will meet with clients, attend public meetings, and participate in firm training presentations at various conferences. All attorneys have the opportunity to be actively involved in firm policy discussions and firm governance.

Salary range: $150,000-$200,000 depending upon experience.
