Venable LLP's Real Estate Finance Group seeks a staff attorney with a minimum of six years of legal experience in rate hedge agreements to join the practice in the Washington, D.C., Tysons, or Baltimore office. The qualified candidate is well-versed in documenting interest rate cap and swap agreements required in connection with commercial real estate financings. Responsibilities include drafting rate hedge (cap and swap) agreements and other transactional documents, and managing the flow of information related to hedges among lenders, borrowers, swap dealers, and counsel involved in commercial real estate transactions.
