Overview: Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced Director or Senior Director of IP to join the Legal Team and to support and create practical, results-oriented IP strategies. Reporting to the Vice President, Intellectual Property, this attorney will be a trusted advisor to the Company by providing strategic counsel on all facets of patent law with a focus on the Company’s small molecule portfolio.
Experience: 7+ years (Director) or 12+ years (Senior Director) of law firm and/or in-house experience handling patent preparation and prosecution with focused expertise on pharmaceutical small molecule matters. A Masters or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related chemical science is required. Big Law firm training preferred.
Candidate must be a member of the California State Bar or otherwise qualified to practice law in California as registered in-house counsel and be admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
