Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of employment experience to join Littler’s Chicago office. The candidate must be licensed to practice in Illinois, and work with client to: Provide day-to-day proactive employment law advice, assistance and counseling; Proactively review new legislation, employment law developments and best practices and assist client to update policies and practices consistent with changes; Counsel client’s in-house attorneys and HR team on a wide range of employment relations, compensation and talent acquisition matters, including offer letters, performance management, discipline, accommodations, diversity and inclusion and terminations; Draft, revise and negotiate employment related contrac
