THE OPPORTUNITY:  ActBlue’s legal team is actively seeking a Counsel to lead and own a wide range of legal responsibilities across all of ActBlue’s business functions. The Counsel, reporting to the General Counsel, is a generalist that will provide strategic legal counsel, subject matter expertise, thought partnership and advice to teams across the organization in a variety of practice areas including complex contracts and commercial transactions,  litigation and regulatory matters, corporate & non-profit law, and intellectual property. The Counsel has a keen understanding of mitigating business risk, providing innovative leadership in an evolving technology organization and managing complex projects across teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
