JOB SUMMARY - The Children’s Law Center is in search of a Senior Resource Attorney responsible for ensuring all aspects of the South Carolina Citizen Review Panels contract and the DSS child welfare staff training contract are successfully implemented, under limited supervision. These trainings include one of the Children’s Law Center’s signature trainings which is initial court skills training for child welfare professionals. It also includes overseeing the delivery on Continuing Legal Education programs for all DSS attorneys and paralegals.
