What does it mean to be a Senior Corporate Counsel at GLS? The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide counsel on legal matters as well as advise on the legal implications of all matters. In addition, this position will be responsible for ensuring the company conducts its business in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and maintains a robust compliance management system that enables the company to develop and adopt best practices quickly within the rapidly changing consumer and auto finance industry. The role will report to the Sr. VP, General Counsel & Compliance Officer and operate from our Greenville, SC office.
