Ensures the proper coding of incidents for final entry in the Departmentâ™s Record Management System (RMS). Prepares, files and distributes reports on all incidents involving Washington University Police Department. Provides for the storage of evidence and maintaining related computerized and manual record-keeping systems. Manages the Department Records Management System and Computer Aided Dispatching systems. Analyzes and evaluates crime date and well as coordinates the Departmentâ™s Blue Light Program.
