Job Description: This position will provide leadership for the strategic planning and implementation across the full breadth of Ohio University's Real Estate matters. Duties involve management of daily and long-term strategic real estate goals, serving as the expert in evaluation and negotiation of acquisitions, easements, leases, and dispositions of property for the University and a resource for University Foundation. Lead the university's real estate office to develop and update procedures and policies as appropriate.
