Duties: Prosecuting all felony level crimes and juvenile offenses which occur within Cottonwood County as well as all gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor crimes which occur outside the City limits of Windom, Westbrook, Storden, Jeffers, Bingham Lake, and Mountain Lake. Representing Cottonwood County in all civil cases in which the County is a party, including condemnations, zoning code enforcement, and tax appeals. Providing legal representation to the Des Moines Valley Health and Human Services agency in areas of child support enforcement, child protection, civil commitments, and public assistance litigation.
