We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and drive to join our growing Legal Recruiting Team. Reporting to the Manager of Associate Recruiting, and the Associate Director of Lateral Recruiting and Strategic Growth, the Legal Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role supporting processes for on-campus recruiting and summer programs, as well as recruiting and onboarding entry-level associates, lateral associates, and partners, and other legal professionals firm-wide. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, sound judgement, and a strong client service mindset to accurately represent the firm to candidates, and further the legacy of attracting and recruiting top-tier legal talent.  Responsibilities:
