The Richmond office of McGuireWoods is seeking an Associate for their Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department.

• Qualified candidates will have 4-6 years of financial services litigation experience.  
• Experience in the financial services industry, court experience, and candidates who have served as judicial law clerks would be considered a plus. 
• Strong writing and research skills, excellent academic credentials and admission to the Virginia bar are required.
