This senior-level attorney advances the PUD’s objectives and goals by providing in-house counsel on a wide variety of matters related to legal or business risk and regulatory compliance. Specific duties include representing the utility in administrative and formal legal proceedings; performing legal research; drafting memoranda and legal pleadings; engaging in motions, trial, and appellate practice; and providing professional oral and written advice to the business units of the utility.
