General Description: The mission of the office of Career Development and Professionalism (CDP) is to assist students and graduates to secure challenging and rewarding employment throughout their careers. This is accomplished by providing one-on-one and group job development coaching, counseling, programming, and resources to assist them in developing necessary job search strategies and skills.
