The Senior Manager of the Women’s Initiative has Firm wide responsibility for helping further the agenda of the Women’s Committee and Women’s Advisory Council. This role is primarily responsible for assisting both the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, in managing all aspects of the global Women’s Initiative, as well as providing general support for broader diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. The Senior Manager will contribute to Firm wide initiatives and special projects, as needed, with respect to the recruitment, retention and professional development of women. As an integral member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team, the Senior Manager will be a visible part of the Firm culture and
