Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing commercial aviation and aviation finance practice. Ideal candidates will have 4-6+ years of experience representing lenders and/or lessors of commercial aircraft in leasing, purchase and sale and financing transactions. Experience leading both domestic and cross-border transactions is preferred. Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
