Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a large and respected Salt Lake City law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its well-established Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Team. The Firm's rapidly growing practice includes national, regional, and local clients. The position would involve direct participation in all aspects of the practice, including court-appointed receivership cases, replevin/claim & delivery matters, judgment collection, representation of secured creditors, unsecured creditors - including real and personal property lessors, unsecured creditor committees; and Chapter 11 and 7 trustees. Qualified applicants should have at least four (4) years of experience
