Position Overview: The Senior Counsel is a core deal attorney on NorthStar’s legal team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this is a high visibility role and this attorney will directly support key Business Development and Operations business leaders. The Senior Counsel will influence the legal strategy and facilitate deals critical to NorthStar’s growth and future success.

Experience: 5+ years of transactional legal experience.

Location: Irving, TX. Hybrid, at least two days per week at assigned work site. 

Bar: Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
