• Experience with PERM (1 year)
• Experience with employment-based
• Removal proceedings such as: USCIS and EOIR asylums, and court proceedings, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, Work permits, and more (3 years)
• Fluency in Spanish is required due to frequent client interactions. 
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Spanish.
• We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients and has a minimum of three years of experience in immigration law.
