Legal Talent Recruiting Coordinator
The Legal Talent Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts for lateral attorneys on a firmwide basis.? Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain lateral attorney job postings, both internally and externally. Coordinate interview schedules, travel logistics, reimbursement requests, and other details related to attorney interviews. Assist with compiling offer terms, drafting offer letters, managing background and conflicts checks, and other communications with attorney candidates and search firms. Maintain applicant records in the firm’s recruiting database/applicant tracking system and prepare hiring statistics.
