Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking a transactional lawyer for its Equipment Finance Team. The Moore & Van Allen Equipment Finance Team primarily represents financial institutions, private investment firms, lenders, borrowers, lessors and lessees in a variety of equipment finance transactions, including direct loans, leases, securitizations, credit facilities, and purchase and sale transactions, with an emphasis on transportation equipment, including aircraft and rail.
