Provide a wide range of civil legal representation, advocacy, and outreach to low-income individuals. Civil litigation will involve consumer, education, elder, employment, and family law, emphasizing domestic violence, housing, probate, and public benefits. However, depending on the client's needs, the attorney may work in the other priority areas of law. Litigation experience and experience with a broad range of other advocacy tools and community education presentations are strongly preferred.
