Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a growing national practice has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for a junior-level Intellectual Property associate (entry-level or up to 2 years of experience), whose practice will focus on transactional matters including finance (secured transactions, commercial lending, and syndicated credit facilities), mergers and acquisitions, and associated due diligence, but also to work on prosecution (trademark, copyright, and/or patent) and dispute matters.  Preferred candidates will have (1) a strong ability to work on adverse matters and interact confidently, knowledgably, and directly with challenging, sophisticated opposing counsel to obtain necessary results for clients
